The Educator would need to collaborate with the family on daily routines and individualised learning goals. The ideal Educator will either have experience with, or be willing to learn about, non-verbal communication tools such as Proloquo2Go. The child's interests include puzzles, reading, writing, and other quiet table time. Supervise and accompany the child on short outdoor runs twice a day, with mindfulness and presence during all outdoor activities. The child needs to be helped with toileting and hygiene routines. Support the child during bedtime routines with a calm and consistent approach. The family would like a Chinese speaking Educator but not essential.
