Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and providing exceptional customer service during late-night shifts.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Process payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques according to established procedures.
* Check guests in, out, and manage wake-up call requests.
* Answer phones and address overnight guest queries.
* Run night audit property management systems or manual equivalents.
* Perform other duties such as concierge services and special guest requests.
* Use safety equipment and tools provided in the workplace as directed.
* Cooperate with management on workplace health and safety initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Accounting and Mathematics Skills: Accurate auditing and payment processing require strong accounting and mathematical skills.
* Cash Handling Experience: Counting and securing bank and processing cash payments require experience in cash handling.
* Computer Literacy: Familiarity with PMS software is essential for efficient operations.
* Verbal Communication and Listening Skills: Effective guest interactions require strong verbal communication and good listening skills.
* Knowledge of Hotel Operations: Understanding hotel operations and local area is crucial for success in this role.
* Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
