About this Position
This is a full-time role requiring 38 hours of work per week, in line with the roster. The position is based at the Bomaderry Aquatic Centre.
Responsibilities
* Deliver training and education to staff on providing excellent customer service.
* Make a positive impact on customer service and organizational efficiency by working ethically, honestly and fairly.
* Manage membership and visit passes for patrons and promote the use of all facilities by the general community.
* Compile customer service reports.
* Conduct tours of the facility for visitors.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience working in a similar customer service role, including coordinating a team at a point-of-sale.
* A valid Working with Children Check.
* A Senior First Aid Certificate and Resuscitation Certification.
* A Class C Driver's Licence.
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa).
