Randstad is currently recruiting Front of House Customer Service Officers for a well known and reputable Government Department.
These roles are based in Southern and Northern suburbs. Successful applicants will commence immediately, assignments up to 3 months are available. Days of work will be Monday-Friday, full time hours between 8am and 5.30pm. Hourly Rate $37-39. The successful applicants will already hold a current WWCC If you have a Customer Service, Reception and or administration background, have strong Microsoft Office skills and are a people person, we would love to hear from you today!

The Role
What you will do:
* High level advisory and issue resolution
* High level administrative tasks duties
* Provide guidance to queries
* Interpret customer information
* Generate and maintain appropriate records and documentation
* Undertake information and records management processes, updates and reviews
Essential Experience/skills
* Experience in dealing with high volume calls
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
* Strong background in customer service (face to face and over the phone)
* Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Windows based PC environment
* Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills
* Professional phone manner
* Ability to problem solve and learn new technologies
