We are seeking motivated and experienced candidates to join our team as Principal Advisor Regional Services (PARS) on a temporary basis to backfill periods of leave.
The PARS is a key leadership role supporting strategic priorities and governance across our regional operations. As Principal Advisor, you'll provide expert advice, lead high‑performing teams, and drive initiatives across the North Coast Region.

This is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

About the Role
As the Principal Advisor, Regional Services you will:
* Manage the regional activities and resources to effectively develop and implement strategic priorities and policy.
* Assess strategic issues and provide expert advice and support to the Executive Director and members of executive management to enable quality executive decision‑making.
Your Responsibilities
As the Principal Advisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Initiate, lead and manage the Regional Operations and Corporate Governance Team who provide high-level regional operations, governance and services within the region.
* Provide authoritative strategic and operational advice to regional leaders on a wide range of legislative, policy and procedural issues.
* Oversee governance processes that manage the region's enquiries and complaints in line with the Department's Customer Complaints Management policy and procedure, including reporting and records management.
