About the role
Reporting to the Spray Seal Operations & Client Liaison Manager, the Spray Seal Supervisor will have experience in the supervision of plant, labour and subcontractors for pavement works with a proven track record in the delivery of full service and subcontract civil construction projects in accordance with specifications, financial and reporting requirements.
Duties
* Assistance with quotation and tender activities
* Project preparation and planning
* Management of resources and materials in consultation with Operations Manager
* Ensuring works are carried out in an efficient manner that meets quality requirements
* Daily and weekly reporting
* Client and stakeholder communication
* Willingness to travel and work away as required
Skills & Experience
* A demonstrated knowledge and application of WHS and environmental legislation
* 5 years' experience as a spray seal foreman and previous experience as a spray driver is preferable, but not essential
* Knowledge of spray seal plant and materials
* Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
* Computer literacy with preferred proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project, along with standard written communication
