About the role
We are seeking passionate Senior Cloud Consultants to enhance our market reputation by delivering high-quality consulting services. You will contribute to developing our core platform and patterns to meet evolving client needs.
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, your responsibilities include developing trusted client relationships, mentoring team members, and contributing to our platform development.
In your role, you will:
* Provide architectural and technical consulting using the latest cloud technologies
* Design, develop, and operate secure GCP and Hybrid infrastructures compliant with industry standards
* Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or CDK, and utilize DevOps practices for automation
* Define architectures based on regulatory standards and collaborate with stakeholders for approval
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to meet project goals
* Manage project delivery through effective communication with clients, vendors, and teams
* Build and maintain client relationships, providing reliable advice on solutions
* Continuously upskill and pursue certifications to stay current
* Identify and communicate potential business opportunities to leadership
What you’ll need to be successful
* Strong communication skills—written and verbal—plus stakeholder management
* Specialist knowledge in relevant industries and analytical skills
* Ability to identify trends and communicate them effectively
* A positive, proactive attitude
* Leadership and mentorship capabilities
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
Technical skills required:
* Experience designing and managing GCP solutions in complex environments
* Proven GCP migration experience
* Knowledge of GCP networking, security, identity, and access management
* Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK)
* CI/CD tools (Gitlab-CI, BuildKite, AzureDevOps, GitHub Actions)
* Kubernetes and GKE
* Containerization and security of container workloads
* Serverless frameworks
* Scripting in Golang, Bash, or Python
* Observability tools and practices
* GCP professional certifications are highly regarded
