Overview
Our client, a leading national law firm with a thriving Real Estate practice, is seeking a Senior Associate with at least 6 years PQE on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days a week).
The role involves working on high quality and complex property matters - primarily advising major investment funds and property investors on matters such as capital transactions, complex leasing and development.
Responsibilities
* Work on high quality and complex property matters, primarily advising major investment funds and property investors on matters such as capital transactions, complex leasing and development.
* Collaborate with a highly regarded partner and be supported by a strong team, with a friendly and collegiate culture.
Qualifications
* At least 6 years PQE as a property lawyer.
* Adept at managing major property transactions and have strong experience in leasing matters.
