About the Role
This position involves working closely with the Fleet Management Superintendent to ensure compliance with relevant statutory obligations and to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the execution team with the development and implementation of minor capital works (GM Minor)
* Providing overarching support to execution teams with the development of MOCs and risk assessments
* Managing the Continuous Improvement Pipeline of the workshop through KAINEXUS and WAVE
* Management of the Standardised Work application inclusive of the creation of new SW instances and updating of WIN documents through D2 system
* Manage interface with training, reliability, and execution of SW and WIN updates progression
* SME to support the training of individuals in the use of the Standardised Work application
* Manage GI, RI & MEMO communication, and registers
* Coordinates time-in motion studies to improve workshop safety and efficiency
* Ownership of TIP(s) through the L2 MIP
* Execute and assist in PPS's
