Our Group develops leading green asset management solutions, centralised administrative and management tools, end to end workflows, and works management software. We are currently servicing clients across Australia, government agencies, local councils, education institutions and open space and facilities management organisations.
We are seeking an exceptional Full-Stack Developer with rare expertise at the intersection of GIS, UX, and Cloud Engineering.
This role is central to the development of our platform, used to map, assess, and manage green assets at scale.
Flexibility of hours to respond to company requirements including weekend work.
Responsibilities
Develop geospatial software plotting green assets, managing it from its legislative status right through to any completed works, including regular annual inspections and risk management
Engineer the business workflow system from CRM through to fleet management and QSE
Accept brief, interpret and deliver initial design, approval by IT committee, Alpha testing and then product release, ongoing maintenance as required
Manage key working relationships with the IT management team
Manage development backlog and current projects
Creation and management of platform independent browser driven applications
Data workflow management
Key Requirements (must-have)
Full-Stack development expertiseacross:
.NET(C#)
JavaScript / TypeScript
Python
R(statistical modelling & geospatial analysis)
User Experience (UX) Design
Proven track record creating intuitive, field-ready interfaces
Ability to translate complex data into usable dashboards
GIS Specialist
Deep understanding ofgeolocation, spatial analysis, and mapping systems
Experience integrating aerial/satellite imagery, LiDAR, and field-collected geodata
Familiarity with arboriculture, environmental assets, or natural resource datasets a plus
Cloud Deployment & DevOps
Docker containerisation and app packaging for scalable deployment
Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP environments
CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure delivery
Green Asset Assessment
Knowledge of urban forestry, arboriculture, or environmental asset management
Ability to design systems that assess risk, health, and lifecycle of living assets
Back End API handling using interface and JSON parsers
Experience of agile/scrum development methodologies
Experience of Version Controlling best practices
