What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department
* Keep customers informed on job progress
* Open and manage work orders until invoicing is complete
* Maintain service records and department filing
* Update customer profiles using HANDLE
* Support apprentice coordination and payroll administration
* Process invoices and assist with payroll data entry
* Uphold safety standards and protocols
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for a skilled administrator looking to grow in a new industry or take the next step in their career.
* Sound knowledge of accounting practices
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet functions
* Familiar with office procedures, data entry, and spreadsheets
* Understanding of mechanical/technical terms is a plus
