Mine Planning and Operations Specialist
As a Mine Planning and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing short and medium-term mine designs and schedules for the operation.
You will monitor and report on production performance against plans and schedules, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to maximise operational productivity and utilisation of equipment in schedules.
* Prepare and communicate site physicals for annual budget processes.
* Provide detailed rolling forecasts and budgets for the operation.
* Communicate effectively with technical services, maintenance, and mine operations personnel in relation to deliverables for mid/long term schedules which would include physical quantities, resource, and utilisation requirements.
