This hybrid role within our Workplace Relations team is a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of the team as we transition into a new structure. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with other departments to provide workplace relations advice and support.
About the Opportunity:
The successful candidate will have subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of relevant Australian Public Service (APS) employment legislation and frameworks. You will be responsible for providing advice on a range of human resources matters including employment conditions, policy interpretation, performance and conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and timely specialist advice consistent with policies and procedures, employment legislation and frameworks.
* Build collaborative relationships with managers, members and staff across different teams and organizations.
* Accurate record keeping skills, ensuring that detailed records relating to workplace relations are kept according to legislative requirements.
