The Team: The Beaconsfield District Health Service consists of a 22 bed facility including Residential Aged Care, Respite, Subacute care and Palliative care.
There are also a number of community services, visiting services an support groups that operate from the service including Women's Health, Social work and Physiotherapy.
All our services work closely together to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community.
The Role: The Administrative Assistant provides high quality administrative and clerical support across the health service.
Working as a supportive team, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and play an important part on maintaining efficient service delivery.
You will need: Provide professional reception, customer service and administrative support to the service, including the DON, NUM, staff and clients.
Maintain accurate records, scheduling and office systems to ensure smooth daily operations across the health service.
Assist clinical teams with timely administrative tasks, documentation and coordination to support quality service delivery.

Details of appointment: Fixed term, casual, position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 24 months.
