Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
This role requires a highly skilled technical support specialist to provide personnel and technical support to continue the function of Global ICT Logistics.
* Track and manage ICT assets, stock requirements, and consumables both domestically and internationally.
* Manage inventories, invoices, and registers.
* Perform server and storage break and fix tasks.
* Provide support for Enterprise products.
* Prepare and dispatch ICT assets, stock requirements, and consumables both domestically and internationally.
* Apply asset information to ICT asset systems.
* Monitor and apply Remedy updates and requests.
* Conduct initial configuration/imaging of in-scope OS/devices and Apple Macs.
* Obtain forklift license qualification.
* Track the decommissioning of in-scope OS/devices and Apple Macs as needed.
Requirements:
* NV2 Clearance is required.
* 4-6 years of hands-on technical experience.
* Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes or military technical school/universities.
* Bachelor's degree or Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes or military technical school/universities.
Required Skills:
* Asset Management data analysis.
* Data cleansing and maintenance.
* Asset Management reporting.
* Client support for ITSM tool upgrade.
