Job Opportunity: Senior or Leadership EstimatorOur client is a reputable Western Australian Contractor specializing in commercial, aged care, regional, and commercial fit-out projects. With a knowledgeable team of industry professionals, they are committed to delivering high-value projects from inception to completion.They are seeking to immediately add a senior or leadership-level estimator to their team.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end tender activities to secure new projects, including cost planning, risk identification, and approval coordination.Subcontractor Management: Select and appoint subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and suitability for project delivery. Provide education and training to foster collaboration and effective relationship management.Prepare bills of quantities and related documentation to accurately estimate tender and quotation costs.Evaluate resource requirements—including labor, materials, and time—to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to support project success.
