About the Role
The Head of Brand is a pivotal role for an experienced Marketing professional who embodies creativity and inspiration. As the ultimate brand strategist, you'll craft an exciting brand narrative across all touchpoints, safeguarding our brand DNA and cementing us as the go-to destination for youth streetwear fashion.
You'll lead an inspired team, providing strategic guidance and support across Creative, Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Store Experience teams. It's essential to be passionate about what you do, exceptional at building relationships, and able to connect innovative ideas to commercial objectives. Your leadership approach should foster growth and wellbeing in your team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Prior Senior Marketing leadership experience, preferably overseeing a broad team covering Marketing and Creative streams
* Experience delivering seamless customer experiences from concept to execution across multiple channels
* Passion for driving innovation, inspiring the team to think 'what's next?'
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
* An engaging and supportive leadership approach
