Job Title: Full Time Cert III or Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator – Hamilton, Victoria
Salary : Approx $62,000 plus 12% Super and $9,000 relocation package
Job Summary
Tradewind are partnering with an Early Learning Centre in Hamilton seeking a dedicated and passionate Full Time Cert III or Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator.
Responsibilities
- Permanent, ongoing full-time position
- Role may start ASAP with a generous relocation package
- Centre hours are 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, rotating roster
- Work in the 3-year-old Kinder room alongside two ECTs
- Collaborate in a team-teaching environment and participate in curriculum development and evaluation
- Provide wrap-around care and maintain child safety at all times
- Work with parents regarding child progress and development
- Resume and Key Selection Criteria assistance; interview tips and preparation provided
- Partner with a dedicated consultant to support the application process
About the Role
Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator seeking a rewarding role in a supportive, community-focused centre? Tradewind is recruiting for a not-for-profit, Early Learning Centre in Hamilton. You will work in the 3-year-old Kinder room with two experienced ECTs in a collaborative team-teaching environment. The role operates on a rotating roster from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (core Kinder hours 8:00 am – 5:30 pm) with wrap-around care.

Required Qualifications & Attributes
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management qualifications
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Years (or willingness to undertake training)
- Current Right to work in Australia
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Cert III or Diploma Educator in Australian early childhood setting
- Ability to connect with children, colleagues and the wider community
- Strong pedagogical knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and adaptability
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience working with children with additional needs is a bonus
