We're seeking an experienced Supervisor/Estimator to manage assessments, prepare accurate scopes, and deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. What You'll Do Conduct on-site assessments for insurance-related building repairs. Prepare detailed scopes of work and accurate cost estimates. Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Identify variations and manage documentation for compliance. Support project managers with technical advice and quality assurance. What We're Looking For Experience in building assessment or estimating within insurance repairs or construction. Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate scopes.
