Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Leading Hand located in the Greater Albury-Wodonga Area. The Electrical Leading Hand will be responsible for supervising and managing site operations, ensuring compliance with construction safety standards and inspecting electrical installations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing electrical work, coordinating with team members, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that all electrical systems function correctly and safely.
Qualifications
* Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
* Strong Communication and Inspection skills
* Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices
* Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
* Ability to work efficiently on-site and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Proven experience in electrical installations and maintenance
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
* Prior experience in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
