Supply Chain Manager Role
This is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing production and material planning across multiple product lines. The qualified candidate will join our Frequency and Time Systems Business Unit, working closely with stakeholders to meet business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day activities across four manufacturing sites, mentoring staff members and preparing management/executive scorecards.
* Develop and lead the SIOP process within BUs and Sites.
* Gather forecast information from various sources, provide clear build requirements/forecast to internal and external manufacturing partners, and monitor delivery lead improvement activities.
* Collaborate with procurement to support material requirements and transform the supply chain process using MRP and ERP.
* Cross-train with existing staff, coordinate with Engineering on NPI products, and manage new and existing product ramps ensuring availability of capacity and resources.
Requirements:
An advanced degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, material or production planning, operations, or supply chain management are required.
Preferred Skills:
* APICS Certification
* Lean Six Sigma certification
* Willingness to travel between sites
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX) or similar ERP systems
* Subject matter expert in Bill of Materials and work orders
* Demonstrated track record of performance driving results and influencing others
* Strong leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
* Customer focus and data analytics skills
