ASC is seeking multiple Project Schedulers, including those at Senior and Principal levels to join our team across various submarine programs of work.
These roles are critical to the successful delivery of complex defence projects and offer the opportunity to contribute to Australia's national security.
About ASC Established in ****, ASC is Australia's Submarine Company, responsible for building and sustaining the Royal Australian Navy's Collins Class submarines and delivering their Life of Type Extension.

Responsibilities Develop, update and maintain project schedules and baselines.
Monitor and control all scheduling-related activities from Planning through to Execution phase.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required to accurately develop and maintain project schedules and resource allocation.
Provide regular performance reports, analysis and advice to project stakeholders.
Ensure integrity of data in the project schedule and integration with the master program schedule.
Maintain key project milestones and identify and communicate any risks to the schedule which may compromise our ability to achieve these milestones.
About You Depending on your role and level of experience, you may have: Demonstrated experience in scheduling complex projects using Primavera P6, including baseline management and critical path analysis for senior roles Proficient Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work and thrive in a complex environment, showcasing analytical problem-solving skills relating to cost management, scheduling performance and reporting.
Proven history in providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to project Schedulers,Advanced written and verbal communication skills enabling you to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects.
An understanding of Earned Value Management within a program and/or project environment.
Prior experience using Power BI for project reporting although this is not essential to be considered for these oppportunities Eligibility These roles require a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology.
Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
