About the Role
We are seeking a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to maintain the appearance of our sites and provide a high level of customer service in a team environment.
Responsibilities
* Maintain tools, equipment and machinery by administering repairs and regular maintenance.
* Ensure general repairs to accommodation are completed promptly and to a high standard.
* Present sites at a high standard at all times, with regular garden labour tasks such as pruning, weeding, hedging and mowing.
* Perform regular pool testing and cleaning according to established schedules.
* Ensure safe use and storage of materials, consumables and gardening equipment.
* Complete additional tasks including rubbish bin emptying and garden restoration.
About You
* Prior experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position.
* Prior experience in pool maintenance, preferably in a residential or community setting.
* Driver's Licence.
* Ability to work with limited supervision.
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
