Picnic Store Manager Job Description
* This role involves leading the team and store operations in a regional retail environment, covering approximately 30-35 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have proven management experience within a customer service setting, preferably in sales. A strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional results is required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Day-to-day management of the retail store, including effective rostering, visual merchandising, managing stock and inventory levels.
* Motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
* Demonstrating effective leadership, providing feedback, support and training to all team members.
* Working independently as this is a regional store, reporting to a senior manager based remotely.
