The Position, but not limited to:
Seeking a driven Assistant looking to grow into Strata Management, supported by a strong, experienced strata team and guided by leadership committed to nurturing your development.
- Assist with managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low maintenance complexes
- Liaising with owners/tenants
- Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required
- Periodic inspections
The Criteria:
- Experience in strata, real estate or property
- Valid drivers' license
- Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
- Have excellent time management skills
