A Toowoomba building material supplier has a vacancy for a Customer Service Officer in our Internal / Trade Sales department. The company produces and distributes metal building products and associated accessories to the commercial and residential building industries and suppliers. Products include but are not limited to Fencing, Flashings, Guttering, Wall & Roofing sheets and Structural Purlins.
This is an exciting opportunity to liaise with account clients and cash sale clients offering advice for all their steel building requirements. Building or trade background essential, onsite training will be provided.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
* Ensure quality customer service is provided at all times, ensuring accurate information is provided to both account holders and cash sale clients.
* Assist with client enquiries via telephone or at the sales counter.
* Assist with quote preparation and vetting of orders as required.
* Follow up quotes for orders and pricing information.
* Assist the Sales Manager with any tasks requested
* Good computer skills essential
