Disability Support Worker (MND Support Worker)

Key Responsibilities
* Full assistance with personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
* Manual handling and mobility support
* PEG feeding and monitoring (experience essential)
* Medication assistance (as directed by care plan)
* Meal preparation and light domestic duties
* Community access and transport to appointments
* Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes promptly
* Providing respectful, client‐centred support at all times
Essential Requirements (Non‐Negotiable)
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support
* Demonstrated experience supporting clients with MND or complex neurological conditions
* PEG feeding experience (essential)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Own reliable vehicle (mandatory)
* Physically capable of manual handling tasks
* Available for regular weekly shifts (minimum 3 days per week)
* Strong reliability and punctuality
