Role Description
Cadastral Surveyor - This is a full-time hybrid role as Cadastral Surveyor, with the ability to work from home. As a Cadastral Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in the organization of the companies projects with direct communication and development with the business director. This works will include the initial survey control & site establishment, and ensuring all projects adhere to the property cadastre. You will also be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as mentoring and training junior staff members.
Senior Surveyor - This is a full-time hybrid role as Senior Surveyor, with the ability to work from home. As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for planning and conducting surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings to clients, including all residential and construction projects. You will also be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as mentoring and training junior staff members.
Qualifications - Senior Surveyor
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in Spatial Surveying related field is preferable, but not required.
* At least 5 years of experience in the construction/engineering surveying, with knowledge in cadastral surveyors and sound experience in topographic surveys.
* Experience in using surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels, as well as surveying software such as 12d, BricsCAD, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Leica platforms.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word & pdf editors
* Experience in mentoring and training junior staff members is a plus
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project scopes and timelines
* Ability to adapt and assist with company growth and foundation
