About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Operations Coordinator to join our Sales & Partnerships team. You will provide operational and administrative support to ensure our sales processes run smoothly, working across both Direct Sales and Partnerships functions, offering a great learning opportunity about high-performing sales organizations.
What You'll Do
Support Partner Managers and Business Development Executives.
Manage queries and requests from partners professionally and efficiently.
Improve operational processes, including Salesforce queue updates and SOP refinement.
Coordinate sales events, conferences, and meetings.
Support strategic projects and campaigns to achieve key commercial outcomes.
Generate reports and insights to track performance and support decision-making.
What You'll Bring
2+ years’ experience in sales operations, support, or similar coordination roles.
Proficiency with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
