About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened for a State Boutique Manager to lead across a portfolio of high-performing locations. This is a dynamic, hands‐on role for a leader who thrives in a fast‐paced fashion environment and loves being on the floor, styling clients and driving energy in‐store. You will play a key role in shaping performance, leading from the front, and creating an environment where both team and customers feel inspired.
What you will do
* Lead from the front with a strong styling presence and high-energy customer engagement
* Drive sales, conversion and overall store performance through a hands‐on leadership approach
* Coach and elevate Store Managers to build confident, results-driven teams
* Create memorable, personalised experiences for VIP and returning clients
* Bring the brand to life through strong visual merchandising and in-store execution
What you will bring
* Experience in a multi-site or senior leadership role within premium or fashion retail
* A strong personal sales background and genuine love for styling clients
* Natural ability to motivate, influence and energise teams
* Passion for fashion, trends, and creating standout customer experiences
* Commercial mindset with the ability to drive results while keeping the energy high
