This is a vital position within our organization, seeking an Aboriginal identified individual with cultural knowledge or connections that are integral to the job.
As per the NSW Anti-discrimination Act 1977, positions in this role are specifically noted and will be selected based on their ability to contribute to the conservation and protection of Aboriginal heritage and our natural environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide high-level administrative services to establish and manage the Aboriginal Joint Management Committees.
* Support the effective administration of the Aboriginal Joint Management Committees.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement strategic directions, foster liaison between relevant parties, and deliver on commitments as outlined in Part 4A lease reserve plans of management.
* Develop and facilitate training programs, advocate for organizational goals, and assist in the creation of culturally relevant educational and tourism activities.
