 
        
        Job Title: Beverage Specialist
The role of the Beverage Specialist involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our employees in our in-house café.
Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and functionality of the beverage machine and kitchen through regular cleaning and upkeep, as well as managing all aspects of beverage service including stocking of supplies.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to deliver exceptional customer service to Allens staff, build relationships with staff, and support the team by assisting with dishwashing, general kitchen cleanliness, client boardroom setup/pack down and beverage service.
Training new staff as needed is also a key component of this role. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a barista and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
They will also be able to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
CORPORATE HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.
