Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers joining our platform.
* You will project manage the onboarding process of new clients to our technology and partner technology.
* Drive client adoption of our technology and support change management processes required.
* Collaborate directly with clients by providing on-site and remote training to ensure successful implementation.
* Work closely with all service lines, technology, and operational colleagues to ensure onboarding completion within required timelines.
* Engage with clients, build rapport, and provide creative solutions to their problems.
* Assist with the setup, configuration, and implementation of a range of technology solutions across multiple clients.
* Facilitate clear and consistent communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, ensuring a smooth handover to the BAU team.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Use project management techniques to drive the completion of all onboarding processes.
Client Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of how clients run their businesses, enabling our technology products and systems to integrate with their operations.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain and build client satisfaction through attentiveness, proactivity, and a desire to add value.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed and likes to be creative in bringing stakeholders together. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years' experience in a client-facing software or payroll implementations, client onboarding, customer success within SaaS or technical support role.
Key Skills include high-level interpersonal communication skills, stakeholder and time management skills, and expertise with technology using multiple systems simultaneously. A working knowledge of hospitality-related software applications and experience with setting up payroll and HR systems implementations is also an advantage.
