**Your day to day**
Join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant to keep our 415 room hotel fresh and clean! You'll support our team with all things housekeeping. Daily, you'll make sure our rooms in the hotel are always fresh and welcoming for our guests - creating a haven for them to escape and relax in. You'll be passionate about maintaining the overall cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring it meets Crowne Plaza brand standards, guest and colleague satisfaction. This includes performing cleaning and maintenance of all storage areas, public areas and employee areas.
**What we need from you**
Previous experience in Housekeeping is desirable but not essential - we'll provide training - A positive team player and an ability to work collaboratively - Fitness - you will be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling - Strength - you will need to lift, push and pull big objects like beds, luggage, bags, and parcels up to 50lbs (23 kg) - Excellent personal presentation - Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job - Articulate - excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads
