You'll be the key link between our customers and our parts team — interpreting, sourcing, and selling genuine truck and trailer parts while providing exceptional service at the counter, over the phone, and via email.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your technical knowledge, attention to detail, selling skills, and teamwork will shine.
About you
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter / Advisor / Technical Sales Professional, preferably in the truck or automotive industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a team-oriented approach.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive "make it happen" attitude.
Good administration and computer skills (Auto IT experience is an advantage).
Current Driver's Licence (Forklift Licence desirable).
A team player mindset — reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Focus on performance, safety and continuous improvement.
Tasks & responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service to customers — accurately interpreting and recommending truck and trailer parts.
Process phone, counter, and email enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase orders, and quotes in a timely manner.
Source and sell parts to retail, trade, and internal customers.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock-takes, and help reduce obsolete stock.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and reliability.
Contribute to continuous improvement and support a positive team culture.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
