We're seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team at our Corporate Head Office in Southport.

The Role
* Full-time, permanent position
* Based in our Corporate Head Office in Southport
* High volume and fast paced invoice processing environment
* Communication with internal and external stakeholders
* General administrative tasks
What You'll Need
* Minimum of 5 years’ Accounts Payable experience
* High volume processing experience in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
* Intermediate to advanced excel skills
* Demonstrated understanding of purchase orders, receipting GRNI as part of the purchasing process
* Experience in supplier statement reconciliations
* Attention to detail
* Critical thinking and problem solving required
* Ability to learn systems, processes and controls quickly
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders, especially via phone
