About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to help scale the business by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships. This is a true hunter role, perfect for someone passionate about generating leads, driving sales, and achieving results.
What You'll Do
* Identify and target new business opportunities in transport and logistics.
* Build relationships with prospective clients through outreach and face-to-face meetings.
* Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to ongoing revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in transport, logistics, or freight management.
* A proactive and resilient attitude, a true hunter mentality.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Comfortable with outbound sales, including door knocking and cold calling.
What's On Offer
* Base salary ($90,000–$100,000) + super + car allowance.
