Join Cockburn Cement’s Sales & Marketing team and help deliver safe, sustainable supply chain solutions across WA’s mining and construction industries. We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused team player to elevate our service experience.
This is a permanent full time role based in Munster, WA
Responsibilities
As a key member of our logistics team, you’ll drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence by:
* Managing bulk and packaged product orders with accuracy and efficiency
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation across the supply chain
* Coordinating timely, cost-effective deliveries with carriers
* Maintaining up-to-date procedures and standards aligned with Cockburn Cement policies
What you will need to succeed
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about service. You’ll need:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Industry experience in bulk transport, mining, or construction customer service
* Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
* Flexibility to work weekends and across Munster and Kwinana sites
* High computer literacy; SAP experience is a bonus
