What's the role?
Answer IB customer queries relating to recent products, changes, suspension or cancellation of subscription services
Outbound calling warm leads to retain current customers and re-engage previous customers
Offer the best solutions available based on your understanding of your customer's needs
Talk with 'at risk' customers to work through their concerns or objections, and present the value in their current investment to retain their business
Retain and grow our print and digital subscriber base
Support a team environment by sharing best practices, maintaining a winning attitude and embracing continuous improvement
Work to KPIs and goals focused around our Customer Advocacy program and first call resolution
Rostered across 5 days Monday-Friday 6.30AM-5:30PM
Who are you?
An experienced retention specialist with contact centre exposure IB/OB or both
Resilient, determined and motivated by achieving KPIs
A self starter who takes pride in their work
A high performer with a strong work ethic that won't take 'no' for an answer
Adaptable and accepting of a changing environment
An excellent listener with the ability to communicate with a variety of people
Ability to learn current systems quickly
