We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical work crews. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of supervising daily activities, ensuring safe working environments, and promoting site safety initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor, engage, and motivate work crews. A minimum 4 years of industry experience in a supervisory role is essential, along with a WA A Grade Electrical Licence and Low Voltage Rescue & Provide CPR certification.
In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of on-site statutory electrical requirements relevant to the construction industry. They will be able to effectively plan, schedule, manage personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project requirements.
A key aspect of this role is managing day-to-day employee relations issues and communicating effectively to resolve them. Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are also crucial.
