Job Opportunity: Senior Administrative Support
This role is an opportunity to provide high-level support to senior leaders in a complex financial services organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. They will also take on additional responsibilities that enable decision-making and delivery at scale, including raising purchase orders, approving contractor timesheets, and assisting with invoicing.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to executives who are accountable for steering major initiatives within a nationally significant merger.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive support to senior executives with portfolio-wide accountabilities
* Manage complex calendars, meetings, and documentation for executive and board-level stakeholders
* Raise purchase orders, assist with invoicing, and approve contractor timesheets
* Coordinate across multiple projects and streams within the portfolio to keep priorities aligned
* Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and communications for senior stakeholders
* Balance office presence with flexible work-from-home arrangements
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders at the portfolio or enterprise level in large and complex organizations
* Strong background in financial services, such as superannuation, insurance, or banking
* Confidence with financial and administrative processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and approvals
* Highly organized, discreet, and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
