KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead content creation: Strategise, create, and edit engaging, on-brand content (with a strong emphasis on high-performing video and polished static imagery) that\u2019s in line with our brand aesthetic
* Drive trends & strategy: Proactively identify and leverage the latest trends, sounds, and content formats. Contribute to planning and managing a dynamic social media calendar that incorporates key events and aligns with our overall brand strategy
* Visual storytelling: Deliver high-quality, visually stunning and on brand graphics for IG stories, posts and other marketing channels like email
* Cultivate community: Drive initiatives to grow and foster a delightful brand experience with our community. Assist with managing online interactions through prompt replies to comments, DMs and occasionally customer service emails.
* Channel ownership: Take ownership of optimising and growing new and existing channels to drive brand discovery and engagement
WHO YOU ARE
You\'re a social media and content powerhouse who has:
* Proven experience in a social media, content creation, or digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work
* A deep, intuitive understanding of Instagram, TikTok (Pinterest and YouTube are a bonus), and how to drive organic growth
* Your finger on the pulse when it comes to all things: social media, trends, pop culture, and Gen-Z culture, with the ability to translate these into actionable content ideas
* An exceptional eye for visual aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail, consistently producing polished and on-brand visuals
* Excellent video and photo editing skills, with demonstrable proficiency in CapCut, Lightroom, Canva and other relevant tools
* High proficiency in capturing high-quality content using an iPhone. Camera skills are a strong bonus
* Excellent written skills with an ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy that embodies our brand voice
* Strong organisational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams independently
* A positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude, with a willingness to be nimble, a continuous learner, and an all-rounder when needed

LOCATION, HOURS & PAY
* Location: Melbourne-based role
* This is an in-office role, requiring you to work from our Richmond/ Camberwell location for both scheduled days
* Hours: This is a part-time role requiring 2 full days per week
* Pay: Pay will be based on experience
