Working a 7/7 roster (Thursday to Wednesday), this is your chance to enjoy true work-life balance – seven days on, seven days off, every cycle. We're looking for a highly motivated Diesel Technician to join our crew full-time – someone ready to get hands‐on with some of the most advanced machinery on the planet.

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our operation. Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a full range of cutting‐edge CAT equipment and components. Every task you tackle helps ensure peak performance, a safe and efficient work environment, and exceptional value for our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities of this role include:

* Carrying out overhaul, repairs and maintenance of earthmoving, construction, mining and agricultural components
* Troubleshooting and testing of components, engine transmissions, fuel system
* Ensuring appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are applied at all times
* Complying with all company safety, health & environment procedures
* Providing quality customer service
* Ensuring the surrounding work area is clean and safe

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

* Experience as a fully qualified Diesel Technician
* A strong commitment to safety, health and environment procedures
* Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery and computer diagnostics (highly desirable)
* Working knowledge of Caterpillar parts and service systems (desirable – other heavy diesel machinery experience considered)
