About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to conduct Operating Suite nursing practice in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Key responsibilities include managing a clinical workload, acting as a team leader, promoting development among colleagues, and working within legislative requirements.
* Conducts nursing practice in accordance with relevant industry standards and competencies.
* Takes a clinical workload as appropriate in accordance with roster allocations.
* Acts as the team leader as necessary.
* Promotes and assists development of colleagues' standards of nursing practice.
* Works professionally within all legislative and government requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will hold current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' clinical Cath Lab/Angiograph experience. You will possess change management and clinical problem-solving skills, with demonstrated clinical experience in nursing, conflict resolution, and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
