State Sales Manager
We are seeking a seasoned State Sales Manager to join our team in the automotive industry. As a key member of our management group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic business relationships across Western Australia.
Your primary role will be to promote Fortron products throughout the region, providing direction and management to our Business Development Consultants (BDCs) and supporting the management team on all automotive matters.
* Carry out tasks allocated by senior management;
* Maintain excellent communication skills;
* Sustain client relationships and business arrangements;
* Facilitate meetings and issues with BDCs;
* Follow up senior management on arising issues;
* Provide training to BDCs on demo sequences and service equipment operation;
* Aarrange BDC sales targets and monitor monthly sales targets;
* Assist BDCs in the field on a regular basis;
* Represent the company at annual promotional events;
* Identify opportunities for improving Fortron's supply process in line with QMS ISO-9001;
