You’ll be working directly alongside a prominent Director who is a well known name Buyer’s Agency industry in Sydney, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship within a high-performing, boutique team. The Perks: Work with multiple active clients from day one, gaining hands-on experience Learn directly from a highly experienced Director in a rare mentorship opportunity Join a well-established business with 28 years of success—one of Sydney’s original Buyer’s Agents Thrive in a supportive, approachable team culture Benefit from ongoing professional development, including CPD provided and remunerated by the employer Access long-term growth opportunities for motivated individuals The Role: Support the Director in all stages of the property purchasing process Build relationships with local real estate agents Source off-market and pre-market property opportunities Inspect properties on behalf of clients Manage client database and monitor market updates Liaise with clients, agents, and solicitors Handle emails, appointments, and diary management Provide client care from sign-up to settlement Attend weekly meetings and ongoing training Saturday work required (Time in Lieu accrued) The Person: Motivated, professional, and passionate about property Previous real estate experience (Buyer’s Agent, Sales Associate, or similar) Strong work ethic and self-driven Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive and able to work independently Highly organised with strong attention to detail Professional presentation Valid driver’s licence and reliable car Minimum Certificate of Registration or Class 1/2 Real Estate Licence Available to work Saturdays Does this sound like your next role?
