About the role We're seeking an experienced, Canberra-based Group Regional Manager to lead and drive performance across 18 stores in Canberra and surrounding southern NSW.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role ideal for a proven retailer ready to take their career to the next level.
You'll be accountable for commercial results, team capability, customer experience, and operational excellence across your region.
Success in this role comes from strong leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
You'll work closely with Store Managers to build high-performing teams, deliver results, and create a culture of accountability and growth.
