About the Role
This is a remarkable opportunity for a skilled Teaching and Learning Coordinator to lead the administrative coordination of the Sensitive Physical Examinations Program (SPEP). As an integral part of the esteemed Doctor of Medicine curriculum, this unique program extends its influence to diverse medical institutions across Victoria, offering a distinctive chance to shape medical education. Joining our dynamic team, you'll work alongside proficient Clinical Teaching Associates (CTAs) to deliver a range of learning and assessments activities, contributing to the development of competent and empathetic medical professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
4. Develop, implement, and monitor program policies aligned with MD curriculum and university standards.
5. Coordinate quality assurance activities, manage program promotion, and facilitate recruitment campaigns.
6. Contribute to program evaluation, oversee staff meetings, and manage educational materials and financial matters.
7. Plan and supervise CTA tutorials, ensuring seamless coordination, equipment availability, and staff support.
Who We Are Looking For
You excel in both written and verbal communication, effortlessly building rapport and fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You possess strong organisational skills, consistently meeting timelines and displaying exceptional problem-solving abilities. Your prior experience in roles requiring education and feedback underscores your expertise.
You will also have:
8. Experience in the support and delivery of health-related teaching and learning programs.
9. A strong history of working well in a team environment, including the proven ability to provide constructive feedback to clients/colleagues.
10. Demonstrated ability to work independently/with limited supervision, to be self-motivated and flexible in handling changing work priorities
