A high-growth Australian business is searching for a commercially sharp Supply Chain Finance Manager to partner with operations and help shape the future of an expanding manufacturing network.
This is not a back-office reporting role. It's a true leadership position sitting at the heart of the business — partnering with Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Quality and Logistics to improve margin, optimise cash, unlock productivity and support major investment decisions.
You'll be the financial co-pilot to the supply chain leadership team, bringing insight, challenge and commercial thinking to every key decision. From costing and inventory through to capex and long-range planning, you'll have a direct impact on business performance.
What you'll be doing
* Partnering with operational leaders to drive end-to-end supply chain performance
* Leading budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning across manufacturing and operations
* Owning product costing, inventory analysis, working capital and productivity reporting
* Evaluating capital projects, investment cases and post-implementation returns
* Driving smarter systems, reporting automation and process improvement
* Leading and developing a small high-performing finance team
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in supply chain / operations finance within FMCG, manufacturing or a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of costing, inventory, logistics and operational KPIs
* Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
* Excellent modelling, planning and analytical capability
* Experience with ERP / BI tools and strong Excel skills
* CA / CPA qualified (or close to completion) preferred
If you're a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys being close to the action and making a real impact, this is an outstanding opportunity.
