Key Role for a Territory Sales Professional
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales professional to join our team in a challenging role that involves identifying new customer accounts, maintaining existing relationships, and promoting our products within the clinical environment.
This role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to drive revenue and ensure strategic alignment. Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and developing new customer accounts and expanding product usage
* Maintaining and growing existing customer portfolio
* Implementing sales and clinical strategies aligned with company directives
* Collaborating with the State team and Regional Sales Manager to develop sales plans
* Building relationships with key opinion leaders and communicating product benefits
* Providing clinical education to healthcare professionals
* Participating in tender processes and contract planning
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in business, nursing, or a related field
* Proven sales experience in medical solutions or devices
* Experience in vascular access, operating theatres, CSSD, or infection control is advantageous
* Strong business acumen and confident in strategy presentation
* Technology-savvy, with Salesforce experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
